‘Watch out’ – Fulham interest in player has club rubbing their hands, ‘sensational capital gain on horizon’

Fulham are one of the clubs who are interested in Bologna midfielder Lewis Ferguson, according to reports.

The information is brought by Italian newspaper Tuttosport, who today have a big story on the player’s good season in Serie A.

The outlet claims that in case he continues doing so well, the chase for him is set to be quite big next summer.

Fulham are one of the clubs who are interested in him for some time, with the piece claiming they should ‘watch out’ for the Whites, with Nottingham Forest and Juventus also keeping an eye on the player.

Bologna only spent €3.5m to sign Ferguson from Aberdeen in the summer of 2022, and as he’s now valued by Transfermarkt at €12m, Tuttosport talks about the ‘sensational capital gain on horizon’.

The midfielder is happy at Bologna for now, but it’s made clear that an opportunity to get back to the UK could end up attracting him.
