While Hugo Lloris isn’t going anywhere just yet, Tottenham might, in the near future, have to start thinking about who will replace the France international between the Wembley and, soon, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium sticks.

The 31-year-old recently stated in a press conference in Nice he expected to spend a few more ‘beautiful’ years with Spurs before thinking about what to do after his playing career.

Once that moment comes, the London club will need to be prepared, and while they have a few interesting prospects, like Jonathan De Bie, at the club, they aren’t stopping there.

According to France Football, Tottenham have been keeping an eye on Troyes’ Yehvann Diouf, who was most recently the goalkeeper for France’s U19s at the U19s Euros.

One of the club’s scouts was present in Finland to watch the 18-year-old, who only has one year left on his contract with the Ligue 2 side.

This means Spurs could either make a move now and sign him for money or simply whisper sweet nothings in his ear and suggest he run down his contract so they can get him on a free next summer.
