Adrien Rabiot’s future could be away from Juventus, if one is to believe various reports coming out of Italy in the past few weeks.
A handful of Premier League clubs have been linked with the midfielder and Chelsea have now been added to the list.
Journalist Niccolò Ceccarini, in his column for TuttoMercatoWeb, explain the Blues are chasing the 25-year-old.
He claims the Turin club will have to carry out ‘some important sales’ of their players to raise funds to strengthen the squad in the summer.
Two players are mentioned and they are the Frenchman and Aaron Ramsey. Regarding Rabiot, Ceccarini explains ‘there is interest from Chelsea’, and that’s the only information he provides about the London club.
In the event Thomas Tuchel’s side submit a proposal for the player, the Serie A side will evaluate the offer.
The latest report comes a few days after Tuttosport reported the Old Lady would be open to the idea of conducting a swap deal with Manchester United involving the former Paris Saint-Germain man and Donny van de Beek.
Rabiot has 25 starts to his name in all competitions this season for Juventus.
