This week Don Balon dreamed up a way Real Madrid could get Mo Salah from Liverpool this summer.
After already dreaming up a Liverpool asking price of €200m, Don Balon decided that Real Madrid wouldn’t pay such an amount, so could instead send Gareth Bale to Anfield as part payment.
They weren’t going to let that wonder of imagination go to waste, so have continued the story today. It’s stated Bale doesn’t want to move to Liverpool and has informed Madrid’s president Florentino Perez that he’ll be picking his own destination… and that’s Manchester United.
Bale doesn’t want to be sent somewhere to make a transfer easier for Madrid, but instead feels it’s best he picks his own club, and would like to play under Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.
We all saw that one coming, didn’t we.
