According to a claim in the Swedish media, Djurgarden have held a ‘secret meeting’ with Hull City midfielder Seb Larsson.
The Sweden international’s contract with Hull City expires in the summer, and the player has been linked with a return to his home country in recent months.
Fotboll Direkt have reported on the latest developments with regards to Larsson’s future, and they say he’s been in talks with Djurgarden.
It’s been well documented in the Swedish press Larsson would prefer to move to a Stockholm club if does head to Sweden this summer, and Djurgarden is an option.
Fellow Stockholm club AIK have already held discussions with the Hull City player report Fotboll Direkt.
With Larsson holding talks with the two Allsvenskan clubs, Hull City need to act quickly to keep hold of the midfielder. It’s reported the Championship side have offered Larsson an extension to his current deal, but an agreement hasn’t been reached.
