Oliver Glasner’s Crystal Palace are yet to win in the Premier League this season, but there won’t be much worry given what they were able to show at the end of last season.

Glasner has brought about a tactical change at the club which is building something of an identity at the Eagles.

Austrian newspaper Heute-Neiderosterreich Ausgabe have this week been invited to Sky’s offices in the UK and they spoke to Jamie Redknapp about Glasner and his time at Selhurst Park so far.

Redknapp tipped Glasner to join a big club if he can build on success so far with Crystal Palace.

“He’s a good coach, a nice guy, the players like him. If he makes it into the top eight at Palace, he will also be a topic at the big clubs. I trust him.”

The Austrian outlet also spoke to Micah Richards, who had words of praise for the ex-Eintracht Frankfurt man and highlighted how Glasner balances defence and attack.

“Glasner worked under Ralf Rangnick, but at the same time developed his own style. Counter-pressing can be a bit suicidal at times, but he finds the right balance between attacking and defending.”

The Eagles have just two goals in three games so far in this campaign and goals were a key part of Glasner’s success last season, when they went on a brilliant run at the end of the campaign.
