Over the past few days, it appears that Rangers F.C. have taken their interest in Andreas Skov Olsen to new heights, with suggestions a deal could be around the corner.
The club have been after the player for a while now, and the latest we saw in Italy was that Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side had enquired about the player regarding a transfer to Ibrox.
It was pointed out that his agent was preparing a potential exit for his client, and Gazzetta dello Sport now believe the Glasgow side could be in the lead.
In a small bit of text, they state the player is heading ‘out’ of the club in January, as Rangers ‘seem the most convinced’ about signing him, but the €6m allegedly put forward are ‘not enough’.
The Ibrox side also need to be careful of the competition, as both Hertha Berlin and Besiktas are also circling, clearly keen on the Denmark international.
We’ll have to see what comes of this, but it appears that if Rangers can increase their offer from the €6m they appear to have placed on the table, then a deal with Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side could be struck.
