Besides all the pieces of information regarding Bruno Fernandes’ transfer to Manchester United, there are some opinions being shared in the Portuguese media as well.
An interesting article comes today from newspaper A Bola, as columinst André Pipa brings a story with a headline sayig ‘Sunday at Anfield, Bruno’.
It’s not that he expects Bruno Fernandes to be available for Manchester United’s match against Liverpool at the weekend, but he does believe the transfer could be done before that.
André Pipa says it looks ‘almost certain’ that the midfielder is joining the Red Devils, and takes a few paragraphs to talk about the club’s situation.
It’s pointed out that the Old Trafford side are far from the standards which Sir Alex Ferguson set at the club during his time in charge. Still, he says Bruno deserves to be in the best league in the world.
Now with Manchester United facing Liverpool, who he calls the ‘best team in the world’, Pipa believes the midfielder could be in attendance.
And that’s where the player will see the ‘big mountain he has to climb’, since the Red Devils are nowhere the level of their rivals.
