Tuttosport continue to push Matteo Darmian ever so slightly closer to Juventus.
The Manchester United owned fullback has been reported as close to a return to Italy for many months, and now it just seems a matter of time.
After previous claims of Darmian getting his bags packed and waiting for a phone call to tell him the deal is done, on Thursday it’s stated the footballer is now waiting for the flight call.
The notice to travel (and he’s probably in Italy anyway) will be the signal to get this one out of the way so both Juventus and Manchester United can get on with the rest of their business this simmer.
There’s ‘total agreement’ on the move, say Tuttosport, which would suggest there’s no discussions any longer over the fee needed to see Darmian return to Turin.
Having a good start to his Manchester United career, the Italian international then saw things somewhat slip away from him. Jose Mourinho clearly isn’t a big fan, and a return to Italy would appear to suit everyone involved.
