It’s been only a few months since Aaron Ramsey moved to Juventus from Arsenal, but Turin newspaper Tuttosport already brings a story calling him a ‘new idol’ at the club.

The newspaper is analysing the impact the player has been having in the team, and how he can help them in the Champions League this season.

It’s said that Ramsey has been fitting in well as a trequartista, playing behind Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala in attack.

Since he’s finally finding some great physical condition and has been impressing for being all over the park, Tuttosport recalls him being nicknamed ‘Rambo’ by Arsenal fans.

There’s a bit of a poke on Arsenal when they recall that in his last Champions League appearance for the Gunners, they were thrashed 5-1 by Bayern Munich at the Emirates Stadium.

But they’re confident that things will be different with Juventus, although they expect the Rambo version of Ramsey to continue being the same.

The Welshman has been receiving widespread praise for his performances and how he’s adapted generally, with repeat articles about just what a good signing he was.

Another reason for Arsenal to feel regret over the free transfer.
