Greek website Sdna.Gr report Norwich City sent a scout to the Emirates this week to watch Olympiacos attacker Giorgos Masouras.

It’s reported the Premier League side have been regularly checking up on the player’s performances, and they got a further lowdown on him on Thursday night when Arsenal took on the Greek side.

The 26 year old started the game on the bench and replaced Lazar Randelovic in the 77th minute. He also had the chance to put his side ahead in the tie, but his curling effort came off Arsenal’s crossbar.

Any move for the Greek winger will depend on Norwich City’s Premier League status next season, and their victory over Leicester City last night will give them confidence they can get out of trouble.

Masouras joined Olympiacos from Panionios at the start of last year and has been a regular part of the team since.

In this campaign he’s made 38 appearances in all competitions, scoring six goals. His contract will expire at the end of June 2022.
