For the past few weeks, claims from Italy have pushed forward Tottenham Hotspur as one of the candidates for Juventus’ Samuel Iling-Junior.
On Monday, Tuttosport reported the north London club have never lost sight of the 20-year-old.
Corriere dello Sport have mentioned Tottenham’s interest in the winger when explaining the Serie A side’s plans for next month.
It’s said Juve have ‘appointed some agents to investigate’ requests from Tottenham and other English clubs to sign the England U21 international. He has a deal until 2025 and Corriere explain that his starting price is set at €20m.
Meanwhile, Cristiano Giuntoli has closely watched Shakhtar Donetsk star Heorhij Sudakov on several occasions and the player has ‘literally won over’ the Old Lady’s technical director.
TV Play also state Sudakov could be the ‘right name’ for the Italian club in January. The Ukrainian club are asking for €30m but there’s belief the price could be brought down to €25m for the midfielder.
The outlet adds part of the fee for Sudakov could be raised by Iling-Junior’s sale as the former Chelsea academy graduate is ‘always courted’ by Tottenham.
As we’ve mentioned before, the strongest aspect here seems Juventus’ desire for a sale.
