NtvSpor claim West Ham winger Sofiane Feghouli is expected to arrive in Istanbul today, ahead of his proposed move to Galatasaray.

It seems the Algerian international has finally solved his issues with West Ham, and will be expected in Turkey to complete his medical.

We covered reports yesterday Feghouli’s move to Galatasaray was being held up due to a disagreement over a signing-on-fee the player thought he was owed by West Ham.

It’s been claimed for almost a month in the Turkish media that Galatasaray have been close to signing Feghouli, and it now seems they’ll finally be landing the player.

It’s been well documented Galatasaray have reached an agreement with West Ham for a fee in the region of €5m, and Feghouli has also agreed on a contract which will earn him €3.8m a season.

The Algerian international spent only one season with the Hammers after joining on a free last summer. West Ham appear to be looking beyond Feghouli for their attack plans, and an exit therefore makes sense.
