The announcement of Isco’s Real Madrid renewal is only a matter of time, according to Spanish newspaper Marca. Isco has managed to convince Madrid he has a future at the club, and has been getting enough prominence to keep him happy.
Initially trying to sign Isco for Manuel Pellegrini from Malaga, Manchester City were said to be trying to revive the deal for Pep Guardiola. Marca report that Manchester City went as 
far as meeting with the player’s agent, also his father, Paco Alcaron, to talk about a potential transfer.
Once again, if the Spanish claims are correct, it would appear that Manchester City have lost out, and Isco will be happily renewing with Real Madrid… and doubling his current wages.
