The Italian press continues to report the possible arrival of Ivan Gazidis at AC Milan, now with a little bit more optimism.
La Repubblica (via Calcio Mercato) claims that the Rossoneri are expecting the Arsenal executive to be moving to the Serie A club by December.
The arrival of Gazidis is part of a big rebuild at Milan, where several roles are being remanaged.
The Gunners official, who currently has the job of chief executive at the London club, would be the the CEO at the Italian side. This is seen as the most important job left in Milan’s new board.
Last week, a report from Tuttosport suggested that Gazidis’ arrival could help Milan in their chase for Aaron Ramsey.
The midfielder is running out of contract with Arsenal at the end of the season, and even though there’s still no evidence that the official could help, the outlet claimed it could be a double signing for the Rossoneri.
