Ruben Neves has been linked with a move away from Wolves since not long after he arrived at the Premier League club from FC Porto.
The claims haven’t often appeared to have a lot in them.
Recently there’s been multiple stories talking about Barcelona interest in the Portugal international, yet midfield isn’t an immediate area of concern for the Blaugrana, so it’s always seemed unlikely they’ll actually move for him this summer.
Manchester United and Juventus have been other clubs linked to the player. Tutto Juve now moves to say the Turin club just isn’t a realistic possibility for Neves.
Given it’s thought Wolves could push for as much as €80m for the midfielder, such a level of deal is ‘beyond reach’ for the Serie A side, explains the brief report.
Even at, say, €20m less than that, the move would still be difficult for Juventus to afford, and the same can be said of Barcelona.
The 25-year-old has a contract with Wolves lasting until 2024, so there’s no immediate worry for the club in that regard.
