Hull City will have a harder job to sign Omar Elabdellaoui again.
The 25-year-old, who spent the second part of last season on loan with the Tigers, is now set for a new move after returning to his club Olympiacos.
But as reported by A Bola today, there’s bigger competition this time. The outlet claims that Real Betis are alongside Hull City in the race to land the player, as well as other English clubs, who are not named.
Elabdellaoui has also been offered to Sporting, although the Portuguese side’s priority is another fullback.
As his contract with the Greek side expires next summer, a loan is unlikely this time, and they will be trying to get a permanent deal with a fee.
Elabdellaoui joined Hull City in January as a request of Marco Silva, who had already worked with him at Olympiacos. He made nine appearances for the club.
