Bild have published an article on Borussia Dortmund sales, and it’s caused a fuss among some Arsenal fans.

That’s because when it comes to the likely exit of Abdou Diallo, they touch upon interest from France, and say: ‘BILD knows: Lyon is the hotter candidate for a Diallo change. Already in the last season Olympique (Lyon) wanted the Frenchman. Now they should work in the second attempt. Good for the French: With the sale of Tanguy Ndombele (22 / for 70 million to Tottenham) and the probable transfer of Nabil Fekir (25 / for 30 million to Arsenal) there’s neat money in the Lyon box office.’

Probable transfer of Fekir to Arsenal? In all likelihood, this is probably Bild seeing other claims earlier this week, and throwing it in there without the knowledge they’d cause excitement in the Gunners fanbase.

Wednesday’s edition of L’Equipe reported Fekir is ‘especially’ waiting for Arsenal to swoop for him, he wants a ‘more advanced’ interest from them. The Premier League club have ‘looked into the case recently’ and there’s even been ‘first concrete steps taken’ on a potential deal.

However, it was made clear exits are needed first.
