Italian website Calcio Mercato today has one of those big stories with many targets that Juventus have for the next transfer window.
Although it’s claimed that the Coronavirus crisis may stop clubs from making big investments, there are a few names said to be possible signings for the Old Lady in the next summer window. And two of them come from Chelsea.
Calcio Mercato writes that Emerson Palmieri and Jorginho remain realistic targets at the end of the season, especially if Juve manage to make swap deals for them.
The outlet lists a few names who are ‘ready to be sacrificed’ by the Italian side. These are Miralem Pjanic, Alex Sandro, Federico Bernardeschi, Mattia De Sciglio, Douglas Costa and Gonzalo Higuain.
It’s highlighted that the club’s board must have a very good plan so they can match the departures with the players who manager Maurizio Sarri wants for next season.
From that list, it’s probably Alex Sandro who’s been most linked to Chelsea in the past few months, always said to be involved in a direct swap for his former Santos teammate Emerson Palmieri.
Frank Lampard will have his own ideas on which player or players he fancies the most.
