Italian outlet Calcio Mercato today features a piece regarding the possibility of Aaron Ramsey’s return to the Premier League this summer.
Following claims from the English press saying the Juventus midfielder could make a ‘sensational’ return to Arsenal, the website gathers a little more information to say there are actually a few more clubs who want his signing.
Their report points out that Crystal Palace, Everton and West Ham have all been making some polls ‘in the past few weeks’.
There are not many details on each club’s chase, although Calcio Mercato points out that the Toffees have ‘frozen’ their transfer business given their work on replacing Carlo Ancelotti in the managing position.
Juventus are said to be seeking ‘new accommodation’ for Ramsey, who has a big salary of €7.5m per season in a contract which runs until 2023.
It isn’t said how much the likes of Crystal Palace, Everton and West Ham would need to spend on the signing, but the fact that the Old Lady have the player on sale makes it clear that it won’t be difficult to find an agreement with them.
