Fotospor report Besiktas are interested in signing Fulham attacker Andre Schurrle ahead of the summer transfer window.
It’s reported the Black Eagles have some reservations about re-signing Ryan Babel and instead they have set their sights on Schurrle.
Babel has been linked with a move back to the Turkish Super Lig but it’s looking more likely he will join Galatasaray and not his former club.
Schurrle, who’s on loan at Fulham from Borussia Dortmund, is expected to leave the English club at the end of the season following their relegation from the Premier League.
According to Fotospor, Besiktas officials are following Schurrle’s situation very closely and they could soon make an offer to sign the Germany intentional.
Schurrle has played 24 games for Fulham this season and scored six goals However, his contribution wasn’t enough to avoid the London side dropping back down to the Championship.
The 28-year old is under contract with Dortmund until 2021.
