West Ham United winger Andriy Yarmolenko is one of several names Turkish side Trabzonspor have added to their list ahead of the January transfer window.
That’s according to Fanatik, who say the Ukraine star has been offered to the club via his ‘managers’.
They explain that Trabzonspor are focusing on transfers during the international break, with a ‘serious effort’ being put in to find reinforcements for the wing.
They want to replace Gervinho, who has ruptured his cruciate ligaments, with a ‘very high-quality’ name and have already targeted Edin Visca and Cristian Tello.
They are the priorities for manager Abdullah Avci, but other names are being added to the list, and one of them is West Ham’s Yarmolenko.
He’s out of contract at West Ham in the summer and has been offered to Trabzonspor by his managers, although he does have a ‘serious market’ in Europe.
With six months left on his contract, the fee to get him ‘will not be high’, although, at this moment in time, there’s no definitive figure.
Trabzonspor are planning to get that via ‘cost investigations’ in the coming weeks, with it expected that things will be much clearer by the time the January window officially opens.
