Hurriyet claim Besiktas will start their efforts to bring in targets when they finish their season at the weekend.
According to the Turkish newspaper, Besiktas’ scouting team have already identified some possible targets, which includes Chelsea defender Michael Hector.
According to Hurriyet, the Turkish side are in the market for a central defender and the Chelsea owned player could be an option.
Besiktas signed Nicolas Isimat Mirin from the PSV Eindhoven during the last winter transfer window but the Frenchman has failed to prove himself since arriving in Istanbul.
Subsequently Besiktas have entered the market for another central defender and it seems Hector is an option. However, any transfer business is likely to depend who will be in charge at the Super Lig club next season after reports Senol Gunes will step down.
Hector was loaned to Sheffield Wednesday last season and he made 39 appearances for the Championship club. He is under contract at Chelsea until June 2020.
