Sporting are interested in the signing of fullback Cedric Soares, according to a report from Portuguese newspaper O Jogo today.
The outlet has a big story saying the Lions are keen on getting some of their old players, and the 28-year-old is one of them.
Cedric belongs to Southampton, but has a contract with Arsenal, with the Gunners having the prefence to sign him at the end of the season.
So even though his contract with the Saints will soon expire, there’s not a lot the Lions can do in case he decides to stay with the Gunners.
