Cesc Fabregas is reportedly attracting interest from Serie A giants AC Milan. The Spaniard has managed just two league starts under Antonio Conte, and there is uncertainty about his long term future at the club.
Earlier it was reported the delay in AC Milan’s takeover by Chinese consortium Sino Europe could make it difficult for the Serie A club to sign Fabregas in January.
According to a latest report on Calciomercato, AC Milan could raise funds in January by selling the likes of Carlos Bacca, Luiz Adriano and Honda.
The Serie A club want to sign a midfielder and winger in January, and have a number of targets. They want to sign young talents or big names from top clubs who are no longer needed.
Calciomercato have mentioned Fabregas again, but say a deal is only likely if the economic conditions are interesting and not disproportionate.
We said it before, it might be still a little early to rule of Fabregas’ career at Chelsea under Antonio Conte, and it’s also unlikely Chelsea will let him leave in the middle of the season.
