Fanatik reports Turkish club Yeni Malatyaspor have made progression during transfer talks to sign Aboubakar Kamara from Fulham.
During the last transfer window, the 24 year old joined the Turkish club from Fulham on a six month loan deal but his performances didn’t meet expectations.
However, the Super Lig side’s new club manager Sergen Yalcin remains keen on keeping Kamara and Fanatik claims the Turkish club are moving closer to agreeing a new loan deal.
It’s reported they’ve already agreed on personal terms with the French attacker and now just need to convince the Championship side.
Fulham are said to be interested in parting ways with Kamara after last year’s disciplinary issues and Yalcin wants the player to join his club before the first leg of the Europa League qualifiers.
He made 13 appearances for Yeni Malatyaspor last season, scoring just a single goal, and is under contract at Craven Cottage until June 2021.
