Greek newspaper FOS claim Leicester City are showing a serious interest in Olympiacos left-back Kostas Tsimikas.
It’s reported Napoli are also interested in signing the Greek left-back, who has been in impressive form for Pedro Martins’ side this season.
Napoli reportedly made a bid to sign Tsimikas in the winter transfer window, but FOS report say the Greek club rejected this as they didn’t want to lose another key player after selling Daniel Podence to Wolves.
According to FOS, reports linking Tsimikas with a move to Tottenham and Arsenal aren’t true as Leicester City are the only Premier League club who are interested in signing the 23 year old.
The Greek international has caught the eye of some European clubs with his performances in Champions League and Europa League matches. This season he’s made 37 appearances in all competitions for his side, providing seven assists.
Tsimikas’ contract at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium will expire at the end of June 2022.
