Chelsea outcast Romelu Lukaku is ‘ready to wage war’ on the club to secure an exit this summer and move to Napoli.

That’s according to the editorial staff at Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli, via Area Napoli, who say the striker is determined to reunite with Antonio Conte in Naples.

Lukaku has returned to Chelsea this summer following a loan spell at Roma and both sides are keen to come to an agreement for him to leave on a permanent basis.

Several sides in Italy are thought to be keen on him, with Napoli leading the way thanks to the appointment of Conte.

He’s known to be a big fan of Lukaku after working with him at Inter Milan and is pushing for Napoli to sign him, especially if they sell Victor Osimhen as expected.

Radio Kiss Kiss pick up on that today and say that Lukaku is ‘ready to wage war’ on Chelsea to get away from the club.

They say the Belgian is Napoli’s number one target for Napoli’s plans to strengthen their attack this summer and Lukaku has put a reunion with Conte at the top of his own wish list. He can’t wait to work with the Italian coach once again.

He’s received several offers from Saudi Arabia but does not want to move there and ‘only wants Napoli’ and a reunion with Conte at this point.

Chelsea’s demands for a sale remain the main obstacle and if they continue to ‘get in the way’, Lukaku is ready to wage war to get what he wants.

Napoli director of football Giovvani Manna is working on the deal, using Lukaku’s stance to try and convince Chelsea to offer a discount and avoid another protracted summer and the major fallout the Belgian is reportedly willing to leave in his wake.
