Chelsea last night sent a scout to the game between Atalanta and Juventus to get a lowdown on potential summer targets. The Serie A clash was also attended by Manchester City, who were monitoring Juventus defender Alex Sandro.

TMW have confirmed Chelsea were on the scouting list to watch the 2-2 draw between the two Italian clubs. It’s been claimed Chelsea had their eye on Atalanta pair Franck Kessie and Andrea Conti, who have previously been linked with the Premier League side.

It’s been reported Antonio Conte is an admirer of the two Atalanta stars and could look to move in on them this summer. This isn’t the first time Chelsea have scouted Atalanta after they were seen at their game with Genoa earlier in the season.

Manchester City were also looking at a potential summer target following reports yesterday they too travelled to Italy to watch the game. Pep Guardiola will be looking to strengthen in the full back positions in the next window and Juventus star Sandro is an option.

Manchester City have been linked with the Brazilian in recent months, but will have to act quick with Juventus looking to extend his contract.
