Chelsea are one of the clubs ‘closely following’ Inter Milan star Achraf Hakimi, according to Sky Italia.
The Serie A side took the right-back from Real Madrid in 2020, and he finished his debut season with seven goals and eight assists in the league, also winning the title.
Inter will look to sell at least one top player with a significant market value to ease their tough economic condition.
Hakimi could be considered for a summer sale and the Nerazzurri have a clear valuation for him. The Italian club will need a ‘dizzying offer’ from the Blues or any other club, to let the 22-year-old leave the club.
Having agreed a €40m fee last summer, the report explains Inter ‘would not take into consideration any offers’ less than €60m. This is the figure needed for Inter to evaluate the Morocco international’s farewell.
With Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich all interested in Hakimi, it remains to be seen whether one of these clubs will come forward and make a ‘dizzying offer’ to sign him.
