Brentford are in talks with Feyenoord to sign midfielder Antoni Milambo, with talks also ongoing over personal terms.
That’s according to 1908.nl, who report that Brentford are showing ‘concrete interest’ in the midfielder and they’re also talking to his representatives.
Feyenoord are aware of the interest in the 20-year-old and are expecting to receive a ‘million offer’ from the Premier League club at the beginning of May.
In the meantime, Brentford are in talks with Milambo and his representatives over personal terms, with him already putting his demands on the table. Brentford ‘can and want’ to meet those and will give the matter ‘extra gas’ at the beginning of next week.
It seems they rate Milambo highly and are ready to make their move for him after watching his development at Feyenoord. He is their youngest ever debutant after making his debut at 16 years and 131 days old under Arne Slot in the Conference League.
He’s since managed 53 games, with eight goals and eight assists to his name. Feyenoord are expected to get around €16m for him, but the figure could be higher.
