Bournemouth and Leicester City are both ready to bid for Celta Vigo midfielder Stanislav Lobotka, according to claims on Thursday.
Italian outlet Calcio Mercato reports that both Premier League sides are keen on the player and should be making an offer of €25m for him.
The website claims that Celta’s director Felipe Miñambres keeps ‘frequent contacts’ with English clubs.
Bournemouth and Leicester City, however, could find some competition from Chelsea for the player. The Blues are looking for a replacement for Cesc Fabregas and have the 24-year-old as one of the names on their list.
Anther club interested in signing Lobotka are Napoli, but the Italian side would only get him on a loan with an option to buy. As Celta’s intention is a permanent sale or a loan with an obligatory buying clause, they don’t stand much of a chance.
It’s claimed that Lobotka is currently protected by a €50m release clause.
