Fotospor report Besiktas are interested in signing Brighton and Hove Albion youngster Tudor Baluta after scouts from the Istanbul club watched him at the weekend when Romania played against Sweden.
The 19-year old midfielder is currently playing on loan in his home country with Vitorul, and Fotospor say Besiktas scouts have been impressed with the Brighton loanee.
Baluta signed for Brighton during the last summer transfer window but was loaned back to Vitorul for the remainder of the season.
This season the youngster has made 28 appearances for Vitorul in all competitions, scoring two goals for the Romanian club.
The Romania international is under contract at Brighton until June 2022.
