When that will happen isn’t stated, but this all heavily hints he is no longer wanted by those in charge at Spurs, as he is ‘once again on the exit path’ from the London club.
In fact, the belief from Corriere is that he is available on a loan with an option to buy, allowing Lazio to buy him from Tottenham at a later date if they are impressed with his performances.
They too state that he is among those ‘outgoing’ from Tottenham, suggesting a deal is there to be done for Sarri and co.
