Borussia Dortmund are interested in Milot Rashica and have contacted the Werder Bremen winger, claims Der Spiegel.

Lucien Favre’s side are not the only club chasing the Kosovo international as there are Premier League sides looking at the 23-year-old.

Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers, West Ham United and Liverpool are ‘interested’ in the attacker and it’s claimed Dean Smith’s side, Wolves and the Hammers ‘have asked’ about the player.

Rashica has seven goals and four assists in 20 league starts and had nine goals and five assists in 26 appearances in the league last season.

He arrived at Werder Bremen from Vitesse Arnhem in 2018 for €7m and the former inserted a fixed clause of €38m in the wideman’s current contract.

According to the report, the Bundesliga side are hoping to sell Rashica for the same price.

However, the ongoing crisis in football due to the Covid-19 pandemic could be a problem for the German club in terms of them getting €38m for Rashica. This will also have an impact on finances of the English clubs.

With Villa, Wolves, West Ham and Liverpool all interested in Rashica, it remains to be seen if any of the four Premier League clubs are ready to pay his buyout clause.
