Making headlines at the weekend for becoming the first player of the ‘noughties’ to make an appearance in Serie A, Moise Kean is no newcomer to the rumour mill.
The 16-year-old prodigy, represented by a certain Mino Raiola, has been talked about for quite some time now, especially following his impressive performances with Juventus’ youth team, and interest from Premier League clubs is nothing new.
Juventus, who are clearly incredibly keen (no pun intended) to tie him down for the foreseeable future, are ready to offer him his first professional contract: a three year deal with a wage that increases every year.
Yet, with Raiola as his agent comes uncertainty, with Corriere dello Sport reporting that both Arsenal and Manchester City are very keen on the youngster.
Furthermore, the club’s CEO, Beppe Marotta, is aware of this interest, with the Italian newspaper reporting a ‘sleazy’ auction could take place.
Still, Corriere believe Marotta is ‘relatively serene’ about the whole thing, knowing that a club like Juventus can resist offers from the biggest of clubs for their players.
As things stand, the ball is firmly in Mino Raiola and Moise Kean’s court.
