With 64 goals scored in two seasons at Inter Milan, Romelu Lukaku did more than enough to prove himself and show he deserves to be playing for a top club in the Premier League once again.

In those years in Italy, the striker had been under the command of Antonio Conte, who clearly did a good job in getting the best from the Belgian star.

Now following Lukaku’s move to Chelsea, where he scored on his debut at Arsenal, he wasn’t able to find the back of the net in important matches against Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.

So as former Blues manager Antonio Conte was asked to comment on the striker’s situation at Stamford Bridge, he claims that the London side still haven’t figured a way of using him.

“He still has room for technical improvement, but he has already reached very high levels. He can improve in some phases of the game, he needs to be switched on sometimes,” Antonio Conte told Sky Sport (via FC Inter News).

“He’s impressive, he’s one of the most difficult forwards to face: he always has to be played, but at Chelsea they don’t quite understand how to use him. If they understand, Chelsea will become the team to beat.”

Lukaku so far has four goals in seven games since his return to Stamford Bridge. The striker is the Blues’ main hope for goals in the upcoming match against Juventus in the Champions League.
