Italian football agent, and former Bari director of sport, Stefano Antonelli claimed that one of his players is so good he could end up playing for clubs like Manchester City or Chelsea.
Speaking to Radio CRC (via Spazio Napoli) the agent was commenting on Napoli new signing Arkadiusz Milik and his move, which Spazio Napoli says Antonelli worked on.
“I think Milik can do very well in Italy, and who does well in Serie A can break through everywhere. The Polish has the qualities to become a Manchester City or Chelsea player.”
Milik joined Napoli from Ajax this summer for €32m and has been showing he’s worth the money. Besides two goals in three Serie A games, he also scored a brace on his Champions League debut for the club against Dinamo Kiev on Tuesday.
Milik was linked to Everton by Gazzetta Dello Sport during the summer, but the rumours didn’t get very far.
