Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are in the picture to sign RC Lens’ Abdukodir Khusanov.

That’s according to Le10 Sport, who cover Tottenham and Chelsea when discussing the latest on Paris Saint-Germain’s interest in the defender.

Last month, Foot Mercato reported PSG advisor Luis Campos has set his sights on the 20-year-old. At the weekend, RMC Sport stated there’s tension between Luis Enrique and some of his players.

Milan Škriniar is suspected to one of them and could leave the Ligue 1 winners in the next window. His side, on the other, could look for a new centre-back. These claims are relayed by Le10, who then give their own take on PSG’s interest in Khusanov.

The Uzbek international joined Lens from Belarusian side Energetik-BGU Minsk in July 2023 and made 28 appearances so far, of which 13 are from this season. The defender’s performances have caught the attention of PSG, Tottenham and Chelsea.

Le10 state PSG are ‘warned’ clubs from England are already showing interest in Khusanov and Spurs and the Blues are tagged. The defender’s deal lasts until 2027 and is valued around €20m, affordable for both Tottenham and Chelsea.

For now, Tottenham and Chelsea are interested and it’s not clear if one or both of them will convert it into an offer to sign Khusanov in January.
