Greek website SportFm.Gr report Olympiacos are looking for at least €20m for their midfielder Mady Camara.
Earlier this week we covered reports from Greece that Camara is a target for Watford, with the Premier League side seeing him as a possible successor to Abdoulaye Doucoure.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move away from the Hornets ahead of the summer transfer window.
However, SportFm.Gr report Watford are only willing to offer €11m for Camara which is far from Olympiacos’ valuation of the youngster. Initial reports said the Greek giants were looking for €15m, and it’s now €20m.
It’s also reported Olympiacos may be looking to keep him for next season as the club’s board believe his value will increase if they qualify for the group stages of the Champions League.
The 22 year old joined Olympiacos from French side Ajaccio on a free transfer and subsequently they stand to make a tidy profit if they sell him to Watford for the reported transfer fee.
Camara is under contract at Olmypiacos until June 2023.
