Emerson Palmieri arrived at West Ham United from Chelsea in August 2022 and has been a regular since the start of last season.
The left-back has featured in every Premier League fixture for the Hammers this season and it would appear his performances has won some fans.
That’s at least what JuveLive.it are reporting and they state Juventus have set their sights on the West Ham player.
They say the 30-year-old is a ‘cornerstone’ of the Hammers’ current project and has now emerged as the target for the Serie A side. This is mainly because of Juventus manager Thiago Motta.
He’s asked the club’s management, led by technical director Cristiano Giuntoli, to find out the possibility of securing Emerson’s services and the player’s willingness to join Juve.
JuveLive.it say it’s a ‘work in progress’.
The fullback’s contract lasts until 2026 and Julen Lopetegui’s side have an option to extend it for another year.
Despite Motta requesting the Brazil-born Italy international, West Ham could block their attempts to secure his services.
