Wolverhampton Wanderers appear to be getting ready for Fábio Silva’s permanent departure.
Portuguese newspaper O Jogo today writes that Wolves have already set a €25m price for the player’s sale this summer.
The story claims Silva is at the Molineux side’s ‘exit door’ following his loan spells at Anderlecht and PSV.
Wolves are trying to recover part of the €40m they spent on their signing, and now have the price tag for any interested clubs.
O Jogo don’t seem to know the names of the sides who want Silva this summer. They only take claims from the English press which say AS Roma, AC Milan, Sevilla and Galatasaray are all keen on the 20-year-old.
Despite playing for two different clubs last season, Silva still managed to have decent statistics, with 16 goals and six assists in 51 appearances. Perhaps that will help Wolves to get a decent deal for the sale.
Playing for the Premier League side in the two years he had at the club, Silva only had four goals and six assists in 62 matches, and couldn’t really match the expectations around him.
