It seems that the future of Wolverhampton Wanderers target Petar Musa is still far from decided.
A fresh story from Portuguese newspaper A Bola claims that even though the striker is expected to leave Benfica this month, the Eagles are still to give the green light for his departure.
The newspaper claims Musa is wanted by several clubs, and the Eagles have the chance of recovering the €6.5m they invested in him, whether it be on a permanent move or a loan with a buying option.
Wolves may be concerned about the competition for him, with the story claiming he draws interest from Italy, Germany and the United States.
All the clubs should wait a little, though, as A Bola says Benfica will only free the player after the League Cup’s final four, which ends on the 26th of January.
Wolves’ interest in Musa was this week revealed by Record. At that time, it had been said Genoa were making an offer for him, but with nothing confirmed so far, it seems the Molineux side still stand a chance.
