Having made only one start in the league for Watford last season, Marc Navarro has ‘already made it clear’ he wants to leave the club in the summer transfer window.
Leganes are chasing the 24-year-old and earlier this month their sporting director, Txema Indias confirmed his side’s interest in the defender.
Spanish newspaper AS brings an update about the right-back’s future, who is currently training with the Hornets in Austria.
It’s claimed the player has already reached an agreement with the La Liga side and his move is now dependent on Watford giving the green light for the transfer.
Javi Gracia’s side have already faced Ajax and Bayer Leverkusen in preseason friendly fixtures and Navarro didn’t feature.
The report suggests his omission from the matches is an ‘unequivocal sign’ that Navarro’s future is away from the Vicarage Road. 
Leganes now travel to Morocco for the preseason tour and another Spanish newspaper, Mundo Deportivo, claims Mauricio Pellegrino is expecting his side to sign Navarro so he can take part in it.
