Trabzonspor and PAOK have both made loan offers for Watford midfielder Imran Louza, but he prefers a move to France or Spain.
That’s according to L’Equipe, who report that Louza wants to return to France in the coming weeks after a loan spell at Lorient last season.
The newspaper reports the Watford midfielder is hoping that a return to France materialises in the coming weeks and three clubs have ‘positioned themselves’, including AS Saint-Etienne.
While waiting for further interest to become something concrete, Trabzonspor and PAOL Salonika have sent offers to Watford.
Both have proposed a loan with an option to buy, although the player is not in favour of either switch and would prefer to stay in France.
If negotiations over such a move were to fail, La Liga is also a league that attracts Louza and both Mallorca and Espanyol have both shown signs of interest in recent weeks.
Like the other two it seems they’re likely to be held at arm’s length as Louza waits for options in France to emerge and give him the move from Watford that he really wants.
