Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah is still waiting to make his first appearance of this season.
Last August, the defender suffered a hamstring injury in training and that blocked his exit from the west London club. Earlier this month, he took to X to publish a picture of himself training, with the caption “I am healed in Jesus name”.
Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà now states the 24-year-old ‘wants to leave’ Chelsea in the winter market.
Therefore, Pedullà claims the centre-back has been proposed to AC Milan in the ‘last few hours’.
Milan centre-backs Fikayo Tomori, Mattia Caldara, Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw are all currently sidelined with injuries and are expected to return at some stage of this season.
The situation has forced the Serie A side to look for a new defender and they’ve identified a few players as targets. At the same time, the Rossoneri have been offered an opportunity to sign Chalobah. The journalist adds he’s also been proposed to Napoli.
Chalobah seems determined to leave Chelsea in January and Pedullà says he’s evaluating various offers, before making the final decision.
