On Monday, Tottenham Hotspur allowed both Davinson Sánchez and Tanguy Ndombélé to complete a move to Galatasaray.
The Turkish club signed the centre-back on a permanent transfer while the midfielder arrives on a loan deal with an option to buy set at €15m. The duo have been included in their squad for the Champions League group stage.

During the first meeting between the two clubs for the 27-year-old Colombian, it’s claimed Spurs chairman Daniel Levy demanded €22m. This wasn’t accepted by the Istanbul club and their position also didn’t change after Levy lowered the request to €16.5m.
In the end, Galatasaray vice-president Erden Timur was the ‘winner’ of the negotiations with Levy as he provided an additional discount of €7m to let go of the defender for €9m, which is €13m less than what he originally wanted for the player.
When negotiating a deal for Sánchez, Timur also took the opportunity to ask for Ndombélé.
On Monday, the Süper Lig side agreed terms with the 26-year-old Frenchman, who arrived on a free loan deal and part of his salary will be covered by Tottenham.
