Earlier on Sunday, we saw Italian newspaper Gazzetta Dello Sport revealing that Tottenham Hotspur’s Bryan Gil is now a market opportunity for Lazio.
It was said that the Serie A side could get the player on loan without an obligation to buy, meaning they could have him temporarily and possibly bin him at the end of the season if he doesn’t have a very impressive few months at the club.
Now as newspaper Corriere Dello Sport also writes about the Tottenham player, they sound a little like Lazio would be doing everyone a favour to sign him.
The outlet places Gil as one of the options the Serie A side would have to sign in the coming days. It’s said that since the winger hasn’t moved from Spurs yet, he ‘dreams’ of getting a call to go there before the end of the transfer window.
It’s recalled that Lazio thought about signing the Tottenham man in June, and he ‘may return’ to their options as a late signing in the winter market.
Lazio have other options on the table, and that’s why they treat Gil as one more. It just sounds like if they use that kind of attitude in the negotiations, it’d be unlikely for Tottenham and the winger to accept. Especially with the player wanting a permanent solution instead of a short new loan.
