Colombian star Juan Cuadrado made every possible effort to sign for Juventus this summer, but things have not started too well for him at the Serie A club.
Cuadrado hasn’t featured for a single minute yet this season, and sparked controversy yesterday when he allegedly left the team’s training ahead of their match against Cagliari.
Sky Sports in Italy (via Calciomercato) reported Cuadrado left training after he was informed Dani Alves is set to start the game ahead of him.
Cuadrado, however, returned to training last night, but Massimiliano Allegri didn’t consider him for the match after his disappointing behaviour. Sky Sports also reported Cuadrado is set to be fined by the club, but these reports might not be true.
Calciomercato say sources have informed them Cuadrado left training due to personal reasons, and not because he was disappointed of being left out of the starting XI.
Juventus even confirmed the same on their official Twitter account, and Cuadrado should be available for their next game.
