Sheffield United player drawing interest from European giants – Among ‘preffered names’ on their list

Despite Sheffield United’s disappointing season, there were still some players who managed to prove their qualities.

This is the case of Vini Souza, who arrived in a €12.5m deal from Lommel SK last summer and could now be on his way to a European giant.

According to journalist Rudy Galetti, AC Milan are interested in the Sheffield United midfielder, and may go for his signing soon.

It’s said the Rossoneri have been looking to strengthen their midfield this summer, and Souza is among the ‘preferred names’ on their wish list.

For now, there’s no information on how much Milan are willing to offer to sign the Brazilian player.

Souza is currently valued by Transfermarkt at €12m, and with Sheffield United likely to clean their squad following relegation to the Championship, we shall see how much the Blades would demand for his potential departure.

The 24-year-old isn’t the only midfielderoin Milan’s list, though, as the Rossoneri are also said to be targeting Andrey Santos, who belongs to Chelsea and is currently having a loan spell at Strasbourg.
